INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION POLICY OF PANAMA JACK**
I. HOW DO WE GET YOUR DATA?
Once you have given your consent, we collect your data in the following ways:

II. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE OBTAIN?

V. FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Your data will be kept as long as necessary in order to fulfill the purpose for which it has been collected. We will need, in some cases as “referential integrity” and by legal requirement, a database with your purchase history.
VI. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
With the brand PANAMA JACK** we refer to PANAMA JACK S.L.U . The data can be used by internal and external personell who need to access them as a result of their duties.
PANAMA JACK S.L.U. is responsible for the processing: a controller is the legal entity, public or private, or an administrative body that decides on the purpose, the content and the use of the data. In the case of a non-legal entity acting as a separate party, the acting person itself will be helt responsible.
Similarly, the data can be passed on to authorities and service providers. These service providers are responsible for the treatment of the data. A person in charge of the treatment is that physical or legal person – public, private or administrative body that either alone or in consultation processes the data on behalf of the responsible person or on behalf of the administrator of the database. Because this responsibilty derives from a legal association, it is delineated for the provision of a particular purpose. In the case of non-legal entities acting as separate parties, the acting person or persons will be held responsible.
Under no circumstances data will be transferred to third parties.
VII. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR DATA AND YOUR RIGHTS TO SUBMIT CLAIMS TO THE AUTHORITY OF DATA PROTECTION.

VIII. How to delete your Personal Data.
Just like that: Send us an email to: dpo@panamajack.es. You can also reach our DPO and get all the information needed about our privacy policies. You can also “unfollow” us, through the Facebook platform features.
Personal Data Deletion Commitment: We are firmly committed with your privacy: as soon as you request the deletion of your personal data, we will immediately do it and expressly confirm it via email in a timely manner (maximum: 1 month).
